The idea of Eusoh, is we are still collecting from the crowd, but because of technology, we no longer have to keep those funds captive. I worked in the medical field for the Kaiser HMO, and had my own surgical practice in the uber-competitive West Los Angeles market. We collect for the cost only when things happen.
