One Los Angeles group, MentorNight , believes it now has the largest mentor network outside of the local accelerators and incubators, and now has over 100 mentors looking to help up and coming entrepreneurs. I want to invest in entrepreneurs that have the capacity to be number one at whatever they are doing, and do it within our skill base, which is direct-to-consumer. So, now, as a VC, I swore I'd never treat entrepreneurs like those VCs treated me. I love entrepreneurs. What's the theme of your investments?

Many startups now go through accelerators and have mentors passing through each day with advice – usually it’s conflicting. On teams I have a framework for tech teams “ CTO vs. VP Eng ” or on sales I have “ Journeymen, Mavericks & Superstars ” 5. How to network better ? Fund raising ?

We have some great mentors now. Thanks to TechStars, we've got an awesome mentor who's co-habitating with us now, and we're learning something daily from him. The other reason for building it, is LA is crapped on all the time from a press perspective and entrepreneur perspective. It's actually uncommon to have a female CTO.

The startup has come up with an app now fully integrated with the giant social network and can be used to comment ,like, tag, browse through events, statuses, comments or swipe through videos as you rank them relevant or unwanted without leaving Facebook. I was the CEO of aki-aki and Gabriel Palomino was the CTO. Any mentors or VC’s?
