We have some great mentors now. Thanks to TechStars, we've got an awesome mentor who's co-habitating with us now, and we're learning something daily from him. The other reason for building it, is LA is crapped on all the time from a press perspective and entrepreneur perspective. It's actually uncommon to have a female CTO.

We raised a bunch of money, and funded training programs for underserved communities for entry level jobs, which would lead to careers in the entertainment industry. Since then, I have worked extensively with mentoring youth, and helping them figure out what's possible in terms of careers. Deborah Ramo: There's a great big disconnect.
