Santa Barbara-based RingRevenue , the provider of pay-per-call technology headed by Jason Spievak, apparently is powering a trial by Google in its Google Affiliate Network. In news leaked out by Affiliate New Review, apparently Google is using RingRevenue on a trial of paying commissions for phone-based traffic.

Guy’s latest book, Enchantment , was released in March of 2011, to overwhelmingly upbeat reviews. Of the 225 customer reviews currently posted on Amazon, over 90% are highly positive. I enjoyed the book as well, as evidenced by the review I wrote at the time of its release, which you can read HERE.

From TweetDeck to Yammer, WordPress to Twitter, Google Adwords to Yahoo Search, Facebook to LinkedIn, throw in a little AllTop, MyYahoo, Outlook, Powerpoint, Quicken (had to pay some bills)…my head is spinning. I think our customers will appreciate it. It’s been an interesting week to say the least. Kinda cool, I guess.

Santa Barbara-based Cogi (www.cogi.com) recently launched a phone-based service which allows users to transcribe conference calls and meetings. That's what the Cogi service offering is all about--giving you the ability to capture, review, and share the content of your important conversations. That company was sold in 2007.
