Markets develop for a complex set of factors that are often beyond all of our control. Nascent startup markets are like fine wine, they take time to develop.

Although necessary, “stepping stone” approach of initially utilizing smaller VARs to enter new geographic markets can become problematic as your business grows, because large VARs often demand uncontested, broad, multi-country coverage.
