Alex Schneider: We designed the space to be a real creative, collaborative environment. We charge by-the-workstation, it's designed to be really flexible and affordable office space for these startups. What is the Ventura incubator? It's about 10,000 square feet of space in downtown Ventura, in a city owned office building.
