Me: At what price? Him: It wasn’t priced. So you did raise with a price. It’s just a maximum price. Him: But when I raised my first round we didn’t know how to price the company. How will you price the next round? That way you don’t have a max or min price but you have a price.

The electronic books will list for between $10 and $50, with the firm saying the average price of those books is $40. Docstoc also said that it's separately added a number of other publishers, including Zacks Investment Research, FindLegalForms, Morgan James Publishing, Wrights Investors Services, and others, to the marketplace.

It would be like if Microsoft undermined it’s Office franchise by aggressively pursuing a Google Docs like strategy. Charge the right prices for the right services – But as less people take the DVD service over time, there will be less revenue to cover the relatively high fixed cost structure of the mailer (Qwikster).

We had the final terms of our agreement fairly well boxed in within a range of about 5-7% on price and within 30 days on move-in date.
