As a mentor to many aspiring entrepreneurs, I’m often asked what it takes to get satisfaction from this lifestyle. Only 13 percent of workers are fully engaged in their job.

Employee engagement is a measure of emotional commitment, leading to work focus, which translates to productivity, satisfaction and happiness. No one is happy or satisfied.
