Los Angeles-based Chill , the social video sharing and chat site led by Brian Norgard, has raised another $8M in funding, the firm said today. The firm sai the new funding was led by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and William Morris Endeavor. Other investors in the round included Atlas Venture and Chris Saccas Lowercase Capital.
