After Tanz had sold his pre-Instagram photo-sharing app called MoJungle, he was intrigued with notion of bringing advertising to photos, and had no idea if it was even possible. Buying Google keywords will be popular and expensive. He decided to pivot. Much bigger.

Type “personal financial management&# into Google. Yet type it into Google and the third result (behind the Wikipedia entry and ecommerce.com ) is Magento. The disadvantage is that you can’t install a lot of additional tools that use Javascript. Much of my traffic is through referring websites and/or social media.

The disadvantage is that you can’t install a lot of additional tools that use Javascript. I started with the hosted version and then migrated to an installed version so I could use Google Analytics and some other products. Much of my traffic is through referring websites and/or social media. You then need a URL.

The problem with most of the share badges out there is that they load a Javascript file from an external source which can take several seconds on a bad day. Javascript calls are an easy way for Facebook and StumbleUpon to put their links on your page but most networks also have a way to share through a URL.
