Santa Monica-based Tecca said today that it has launched a new, personal electronics shopping and information service with the backing of Best Buy Co. Tecca's software currently runs on Apple iPhone and Google Android devices, and the firm said it will be offering up mobile web, PC, and tablet versions later this fall.
