As a creative director at a software development company, I am always looking for ways to speed up our design and development process and to include as many people and teams working on the project. This can be a real challenge since a lot of the tools that are used by the different teams can take a lot of time to learn and/or setup.

If you want to create 3D content for those worlds, it requires 3D graphics design tools like 3D Studio for the Mac, or Maya Studio for the PC, in order to build that content, or to create your own custom avatars and rooms. What's your background? Also, more recently, I was with LiveNation and was building point-of-sales applications.

The HTML5 platform that we use is also available as a self service tool to customers. At Jetpack, we don't outsource production, and we manage all of the software development within Jetpack. The first, which we are getting ready to launch, is a self service tool for designers, sometime in October.
