Venice, California-based Snap , the parent company of Snapchat, and Time Warner announced on Monday that the two are in a $100M deal, where the two will collaborate on both content and advertising. The two also said Time Warner will purchase advertising for HBO, Turner, and Warner Bros. on Snapchat over the next two years.

Venice-based Snapchat will be rolling out a new, 3D interactive lens for the service, as part of a tie in to the upcoming film Underworld: Blood Wars. Screen Gems is part of Sony Pictures Entertainment. The lens uses Snapchat's augemented reality features to place users into a 3D augmented world based on Underworld's vampire theme.
