Los Angeles-based financial software developer BlackLine Systems said today that it has hired a new, Chief Technology Officer. He also has served at such companies at Stamps.com, Citysearch/Ticketmaster, and TCI/AND Interactive and Packard Bell. According to the enterprise software company, it has named Alain Avakian as its CTO.
