My firm GRP Partners recently funded a young LA based company named Ad.Ly People mistook the fact that these text advertisements worked in Google to say they would work in social networks. So PPC (pay-per-click) advertising on social networks has performed poorly to date. Why am I excited about in-stream advertising then?
