The company saw revenues grow tenfold in the last two years and its total number of properties balloon to over 1,000, and now it will use the new funding for expansion, specifically adding more properties to its platform; and to continue developing its technology as it expands into more aspects of the property rentals business.

Meredith came to see me along with the CTO Marc Berte. Would they build a world class team. He was doubling down on his investment and also gave me a great lay of the land on handicapping how all of the other seed investors saw the company.
