The company was incorporated in January of 2004, and we provide outsource e-commerce services to organizations, such as brands and retailers. The second, is we provide fulfillment services, such as product shipments. We started getting approached by venture capital and private equity, and we have eight figures in revenue.

So, we put something together, and put in some money, and literally the next day I was out to breakfast with Josh Roth, the former CTO of Rent.com and NTI Group, and Josh was also looking for something to do. It's to build a better product.

We caught on with the right product, at the right time. The Internet doesn't work right, and is broken, and without a CDN, you can't do what you need to do if you're the CTO of a large website. Instead, they outsource to an expert like Edegcast. You have to be able to be disruptive to existing products and services.
