One of my friends, the CIO of a large healthcare system, did a study with Verizon of their facility, and found that there were 3 million SMS messages sent in a month. If you look at some of the statistics, getting a home loan is like pulling teeth, and it gets very poor customer ratings. My counterpart, Mark Attaway, our CIO, was at Fidelity national and LSI, both title companies, building automated platforms for the title process. It's just ridiculous. I'm passionate about changing this industry.
