Rubicon: CPMs Up For Ad Publishers

Los Angeles-based Rubicon Project , which provides online advertising optimization for web publishers, reports this morning that its latest advertising market survey finds that CPMs are up "significantly" in Q2. Overall, the firm reported CPMs are up about 38% in Q2.
