It is never as rewarding when you’re the coach (but coaching has many other benefits. They had a prominent NorCal investor already so I thought a SoCal lead would make sense – that I could help them in a more hands-on way. Something happened and it was clear to me that this IE issues was just a smoke screen.

It is never as rewarding when you’re the coach (but coaching has many other benefits. It is never as rewarding when you’re the coach (but coaching has many other benefits ;-). Something happened and it was clear to me that this IE issues was just a smoke screen. It just so happened that the consultant they hired to chose a software vendor worked for a company that had owned one of our competitors.
