First in late-stage tech companies and then it will filter back to Growth and then A and ultimately Seed Rounds.

What was the biggest news for you/your company this year? While it was a good year for our merger and acquisition practice in the SaaS and fintech space, our most exciting news is in our merchant banking sector where we invest in and advise growth companies often for several years. I’m over-paying for every check I write into the VC ecosystem and valuations are being pushed up to absurd levels and many of these valuations and companies won’t hold in the long term. Seed has become an option factory for many. I often answer the same way … * “First, yes, nearly every corner of our market is over-valued.
