The firm said that Brian Wong, President and CEO of Enervate, a developer of rechargeable energy storage technology, has joined the company's board. Wong also has served at D2Audio, Primarion, and Xerox.

Monterey Park-based Kotura has opened up a new office in Shenzhen, China, the firm said Tuesday. According to the company, the new office will provide sales and marketing, manufacturing and R&D support to its customers in China.
