SEO for Startups and Negative Customer Acquisition Costs ) and, of course, the product itself. Normally the product is defined as a web site.

I started out with a handful of dimes making cold calls from a phone booth in Grand Central Station. I was on the way back to LA from a ski vacation in Switzerland where I decided while sliding down a glacier that if I survived I would start my own advertising agency. This doesnt mean that you cant try, of course. When you block by IP address, you may end up blocking an entire internet provider, and thus a lot of realusers and potential customers. If you wantonly block user agents with the name of "Mozilla", for example, you could end up blockingnearly every human from your website.
