I’ve been having discussions with several people recently about the role of the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) in very early stage companies. Anyone who reads this blog frequently will know that I am a big believer in low-cost video content and specifically the power of YouTube as a content creation & distribution platform. Another major hire was Ryan Lissack who joined as CTO. Ynon started as shareholder, board member & advisor and switches to full-time executive.
