Santa Monica-based AirMap , which is developing drone mapping and airspace management services for the unmanned aerial vehicle (drone) market, has named Daniel Rubio as the company's Chief Technology Officer. Rubio was most recently CTO of HERE, a mapping company focused on self driving cars.

The move comes as eHarmony says it has been working to refresh and revamp its experience and drive users to return to the service.
