And the more public you can make your goals for these key metrics the better. 4 times / 100 means if a customer uses your app frequently (say 10-20 times / day) then they are crashing nearly every day.

My initial conversations normally focus on the core of the business, important Startup Metrics , probably marketing strategy (ex. SEO for Startups and Negative Customer Acquisition Costs ) and, of course, the product itself. Normally the product is defined as a web site. For me, my number one application is email.
