How did you end up in this market? Dinesh Ravishankar: We were doing software development for various companies in Southern California, out of my condo in West LA. We like to say that our system helps businesses automate conversations, using text messages and phone calls to customers.

It did very, very well, and based on all of the feedback we received, we designed our latest product, the Bookdrive Pro. It does seem the market is fairly early? Talk more about the Apprentice and how you ended up on the show, and how that experience was--it seems we often run into entrepreneurs who have been on the show.
