I was then brought into a fund as an EIR, an Entrepreneur-in-Residence for Epic Ventures. The reason I was brought in, was because one of my board members, Tim Draper, who was a board member at my first company, encouraged me along with some of the other partners at Epic to come and spend a year there. Only companies we are creating.
