Maybe it because there are plenty of tips, seminars, and books on the motivation side of the equation, starting with the basic Motivating Employees for Dummies , and so few resources on elements of demotivation. You may ask them to bring you up to date on what they’ve been emailing you, but you’ve been too busy to read.
