Powerpoint can be especially useful for platform businesses or B2B. Use it as a framework for a dialog not a script. Let them guide you. And when you finish the demo you can bring in the other important components such as competition, team, customer acquisition strategy, etc. Mobile app? Just jump into the demo after intros.
