One of the side effects of the war over Flash, has been with advertisers--particularly in Hollywood--who rely on Flash to help display their advertising banners and video to users. What that means, is the banner is no longer Flash, but it slcearly HTML-based, and video based. HTML5 has some limitations, especially regarding video.

The result of web design are static pages as graphics or HTML. So my flip suggestion was actually not all that helpful. The LA CTO Forum , which I help organize, has more than 100 Software/Web CTOs from all sorts of companies. And he’s right there’s a big difference. In fact, after a bit he gave up.

The hereO app is another product the team has created in conjunction with the watch to help track family members. An Android and HTML 5 version will follow in June. To help them, we are creating a version of the watch with a locking mechanism – a requirements for kids with Autism who might want to remove it.

Right now, the service is for consumers, and free, but in August, we'll have a beta of our Pro version, which will be for brands and brand managers, page managers, the people who are managing an organization's presence on Facebook.
