How will you be taking this to market? What are some good examples of similar sites? Examples of other brands/sites that are similar from a brand perspective? Often this ties to marketing support. Do you want Flash video, HTML 5 video, or both? Does the site need to throttle potential malicious activity?

Editor''s note: we''re cross running this on our Pacific Northwest site, Northwest Innovation, since part of Rightside''s operations are in Seattle.). I don''t think the HTML browser is going to change. The fastest time to market is always putting it on the web.

The result of web design are static pages as graphics or HTML. Web development refers to the design and creation of the database, code, and dynamic elements of the site. If it’s something simple to build and you are using pretty vanilla marketing, then it’s likely not all that differentiated in the market.
