Amazon said that the new service makes Los Angeles its third and largest city where it is offering up its restaurant delivery. The company said that right now, it is offering up delivery in Santa Monica, West Los Angeles and Venice, with additional neighborhoods including Culver City, downtown, and Hollywood coming online soon.

Los Angeles-based Squeegy , an on-demand, car wash service, said Wednesday that it has officially launched its service in Los Angeles. The startup, led by Andrew Davis, let users request a car wash from their mobile app, anywhere within Squeegy's service area.

Seattle-based startup Earth Class Mail has landed in Los Angeles, saying Monday that the firm has opened up shop on Santa Monica Boulevard for the firm's Internet mail service. According to Earth Class Mail, the new Los Angeles retail location will also provide onsite package pickup and shipping services.
