Qualcomm's Jacobs Sees The Light With New Investment

Light was co-founded by Dr. Rajiv Laroia, who was previously the CTO of Flarion Technologies--whose base technology became LTE. Laroia was a VP at Qualcomm from 2006 until 2011.
