A lot of my time is spent helping early-stage companies get to proof points so that they can raise capital. A few things jumped out at me: - Experience in sales or technology - considered a minor negative? They might have some seed money and are thinking or raising a Series A based on success of an early release (MVP). Not sure why.

Santa Barbara-based RingRevenue , the provider of pay-per-call, performance marketing technology run by Jason Spievak, said this morning that it has closed on $4M more in a new round of funding. RingRvenue develops technology which tracks responses to phone calls, allowing calls to be used for affiliate sales and tracking.
