Pasadena-based LeisureLink , the venture-backed provider of a vacation rental marketing system and operator of online booking travel site ABetterStay.com , has made a trio of new hires this week. The company said it has named Tom Lamb as President of the firm, Alex Hansen as CFO, and Adam Michaelson as Chief Marketing Officer.

Pasadena-based LeisureLink , which operates an online vacation lodging site and related tools for vacation rental and other alternative vacation lodging providers, said over the weekend that it will be launching a new "Vacation Pricing Snapshot" list. LeisureLink said it will be providing the list on its site ABetterStay.com.

Los Angeles-based Rubicon Project , which provides online advertising optimization for web publishers, reports this morning that its latest advertising market survey finds that CPMs are up "significantly" in Q2. Rubicon is venture backed by Clearstone Venture Partners, Mayfield Fund, and IDG Ventures, and has raised $33M in funding.

Rubicon also said it has promoted founder Craig Roah to President, Josh Wexler to Senior Vice President Market Development, and Seizo Welch as SVP Finance. Rubicon Project is headed by Frank Addante, and develops ad optimization technology for web publishers, helping them to pick the best ad networks to optimize revenue on their web site.
