Gores Group Buys Astadia

Los Angeles-based private equity firm The Gores Group has acquired cloud computing consulting and systems integrator Astadia , Gores said Monday. Astadia will be merged with Idea , a current portfolio company of The Gores Group. Financial details of the transaction were not announced. Astadia was based in Dallas, Texas.
