Santa Monica-based content delivery network provider EdgeCast Networks said Friday that it now has more than 2000 customers, or more than double the number of customers from the previous year, as of the close of 2010. The firm said those customers include AdColony, Dreamstime, SlashGear, StreamCity, and Tumblr.
