K1 Investment Management Buys Digital Pharmacist

Los Angeles-based private equity investor K1 Investment Management has acquired Digital Pharmacist , a software development firm which helps pharmacists manage refill reminders and other marketing. The deal was worth $125M. Digital Pharmacist says it provides its services to over 7,500 pharmacists.
