Camarillo-based GeoLinks said last week that it has named James Childs as its new Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Spectrum Strategy. Childs was most recently VP of Corporate Strateg yfor Cambridge Broadband Networks, and also previously had co-foudned Velowave, a fixed wireless ISP which was sold to Sling Broadband in 2008.
