Cornerstone OnDemand Acquires Grovo

Santa Monica-based Cornerstone OnDemand , which develops cloud-based learning and human capital management software, said late Wednesday that it has acquired Grovo Learning , a provider of "micro-learning" content, in a deal worth $24M in cash. Grovo was founded in 2010, and has offices in New York City and San Francisco.
