Westlake Village-based ValueClick Media , the ad targeting division of ValueClick, said today that it has opened up two new offices. The firm said the move was made to serve clients and agencies in the two markets, with Minneapolis representing a $1 billion online advertising and $300M mobile marketing opportunity by the end of 2011.

Viant Launches IPO

Viant got its start as Specific Media. The IPO will raise as much as $181M for Viant. and $21.00

Viant Jumps In IPO
