Marlin Equity Partners Buys 6N Systems

Los Angeles-based private equity investor Marlin Equity Partners announced this morning that it has acquired 6N Systems , a developer of financial and clinical software aimed at the long-term and post-acute care market. According to Marlin Equity Partners, it will merge 6N with SigmaCare, one of its portfolio companies.
