As part of the acquisition, the firm said it has changed its named to Ubermedia. UberMedia is headed by Idealab's Bill Gross; Jon Kraft, who was most recently at BigStage entertainment, was a co-founder of Pandora, and has been very active locally with the Technology Council of SOuthern California, is now Chief Operating Officer of the firm.
