It’s hard to get people to take a risk at a startup or for a reasonable salary with all this competition. In Los Angeles you have large industries in garment industry, defense, games (both physical like Mattel and virtual like Activision) and music. It’s fucking hard hiring right now.&#. And of course you have Hollywood.
