GOGII develops textPlus, a mobile social messaging application for the iPhone. Hill has also served at Fox Interactive Media.

In addition to the new funding, the company also said it has acquired Los Angeles-based Jarvus , which develops an app to people capture and share experiences, events and moments together. textPlus, which is based in Marina Del Rey, develops a combination of mobile apps and related services which allow users to text each other for free.
