Van Nuys-based Audiolife , a firm that develops tools and technology to sell merchandise to music fans, announced today that it has raised $1M in a bridge round of funding. Audiolife's software allows artists to sell downloads, ringtones, CDs, and other merchandise from their web sites, blogs, or social networking sites.

It wasn't through the Tech Coast Angels, although most of the investors are members of the Tech Coast Angels or CVAN, the Coachella Valley Angel Network.
