I'm blogging from the CalTech Enterprise Forum. Especially when there are things like: Amazon S3 / EC2 / AWS outage this morning. His picture of all of the different elements you have to deal with infrastructure (network, storage, os, db, etc.), He sees this as similar to what happened with SMTP, POP, HTTP, etc.
