Santa Monica-based Visio Internet , which develops Internet sites for governments, has raised a round of growth capital, according to the company. The funding came from Caltius Equity Partners. Size of the investment was not disclosed. As part of the funding, Vision Internet said it has named David M. Nachman as its CEO.
