The company said it has named Elaine Kitagawa as Chief Financial Officer, after recently hiring former PopCap CTO Frits Habermann as its new Chief Technology Officer.

The firm said it has named Frits Habermann as Chief Technology Officer of the company, to help scale out the company's infrastructure. He also has served at RealNetworks, Edmark and Siemens.
